"My mission is simple.  I want to bring you the highest quality, scientifically backed, endurance coaching programmes available, at affordable prices."

All of my programmes are totally individualised to you, your level of performance, the time you have available and the event you are preparing for.  Many of my athletes remain on rolling contracts and develop performance over the longer term.  However, there is no need to tie yourself into a longer term contract.  I want athletes to have the flexibility to come and go on their own terms without the worry of committing to long term contracts.
