I'm Jimmy, the coach and founder of Endurance Sport Performance. I am a keen runner, cyclist and duathlete with age grade podiums and over twelve sub 3:00 marathons. My specialist area is endurance sport and my mission is to bring you the highest quality individualised programme to help you achieve your goals.

Dr Howard Hurst
A leading expert in Sports Nutrition. Howard is a Senior Lecturer in Sport, Exercise and Nutritional Sciences at the University of Central Lancashire. He is an experienced endurance athlete and can provide the highest quality nutritional analysis, bespoke nutrition plans and detailed race nutrition strategies. Howard has worked with Premier League football clubs, Super League Rugby League as well as a range of elite runners and triathletes.
SPECIALIST SWIM COACH
Anne is the Director of a swim teaching company based in Edinburgh. She is immersed in the sport on a daily basis. An international swimmer at junior level, Anne now has over 20 years of coaching experience. She is a Level 3 Swim Coach and dedicated to helping swimmers of all levels to improve their performance. Anne is very aware that many triathletes come to the sport with running or cycling background, and is just the person to help them develop.
